In the Spotlight

The State Services Portal (SSP) now allows registered employers to download and acknowledge electronic Income Withholding Orders (e-IWOs). If an employer fails to download the IWOs from the Portal within three business days, the Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) will send an email notification to the state e-IWO contact, who receives the daily e-IWO processing results email. This change was implemented by OCSS in December 2023 and has been in effect since then. This enhancement is expected to encourage more employers to participate in e-IWO.
