Print Screen
The Print Screen (PrtScn) command is a keyboard function that allows you to capture an image of the computer screen, also referred to as a screenshot. With Print Screen, you are able to take screenshots of displays on your computer to save as files or insert into documents.

Pressing the 'Print Screen' (PrtScn) key captures an image of the entire desktop (all screens).

Pressing the 'Windows key + Print Screen' captures an image of the entire desktop (all screens) AND automatically saves the image into a file in your computer's Pictures folder.

Pressing the 'Alt key + Print Screen' captures an image of the active window only.
After an image has been captured, it can easily be Pasted into a document.

In the Spotlight
This month the Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) interstate (AKA intergovernmental) case processing training is in the spotlight. There are six sessions, available in PowerPoint and PDF versions, and a recorded webinar.
The terms interstate and intergovernmental are interchangeable. The OCSS refers to both terms on their website, the DCSS refers to the cases as intergovernmental in the PORT.
Interstate Case Processing Training:
Interstate 101 – An introduction to the principles in interstate case processing.
Interstate 201 – A companion to the “Interstate 101” training, with a more in-depth explanation of interstate case processing principles.
Interstate Scenarios – Explores principles and procedure in interstate case processing through interactive scenarios.
Interstate Payment Processing – Describes the principles of interstate processing and illustrates with scenarios.
Interstate Case Closure – Explains case closure requirements in the interstate context and illustrates with scenarios.
