We all use a mouse regularly to scroll documents and web pages vertically (up/down). However, it is also possible to use the mouse to scroll horizontally (right/left). Pressing 'Shift + mouse scroll wheel' will move documents and web pages right (scroll down) or left (scroll up).

Featured Topic

This month's featured topic is Forms. The DCSS uses several different types of forms and each type is accessible in a different location. With the implementation of AZCARES we have transitioned away from creating system generated forms in Eloquence to now create those directly from AZCARES. The Deloitte team is currently creating forms that were developed during initial grooming in the Functional teams. The other types of forms we use are DES Document Center forms and internal non system generated forms.

In the Spotlight

This month's "In the Spotlight" topic features the new DES signature for emails. DES has a new logo, and you can add it to your email signature with the DES Email Signature Tool. Just open the tool linked below and fill out the requested information to generate your new signature. Then copy and paste it in the signature section of you email settings.
