The PORT is continuously updated with new versions of standard works, policies, desk aids, and more. This information undergoes review at specific cadences to guarantee that all necessary updates are implemented, thereby enabling the agency to remain compliant with federal and state regulations.

To optimize information retrieval, it is highly recommended to create a folder on the bookmarks bar and to bookmark relevant information directly from the PORT. When information is altered or removed, attempts to access it will either indicate its unavailability or reflect the updated changes.
