Tech Tips

Do you ever need to compare two versions of a Google document that look the same at first glance? Use the "Compare Documents" feature, which creates a new document that shows you the differences between them.

Here's how: Click Tools in the menu of one of the Docs and select "Compare Documents.” From there, you can select a Doc in your Google Drive to compare. Google Docs will then create a new document that highlights the differences between the two in red, making it easy to see what has changed — and catch potential errors.

In the Spotlight

In the spotlight this month are two internal checklists that have been updated to better align with AZCARES and with the processes that have been also been updated in the new system.
