Featured Topic
This month's featured topic is a reminder of the process for submitting requests to the Policy Unit. All team members are encouraged to review the standard work titled "Submitting Requests to the Policy Unit." Please review the important timelines and procedures within the standard work before submitting your next policy review request as there is a form to use. The only request that doesn't require the form is policy questions, team members are to continue to submit the policy questions as normal.
Please review FYI-468 Preparing and Submitting Standard Work Documents to the Policy Unit for Review and Upload.
In the Spotlight
This month’s “In the Spotlight” topic features The PORT document owners.
The Policy Team owns and updates the following documents in the Policy & Procedures section of the PORT:
Intake, Locate, Paternity, Establishment, Debt, Compliance, Intergovernmental, Global, and Closure.
The Operations Administration owns and updates the majority of the documents in the Standard Work section of the PORT. Including Standard Work (SW), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Job Instruction Sheets/Desk Aids, and Flowcharts. Existing SOPs, Job Instruction Sheets, Desk Aids, and Flowcharts may be used as a basis for new SW if the information is still accurate.
