  2. Call the customer to verify the email address.
  1. Procedure
  1. Enter a narrative on the Case Activity List (CAAL) screen recording when a call is made to one of the following:
  1. T0050-PHONE CALL TO CP
  2. T0055-PHONE CALL TO NCP
  3. T0070-PHONE CALL/OTHER

  2. Virtru security should apply to all email communications.
  1. Make sure your Virtru is activated before initiating your email.
  1. Procedure
  1. Enter a narrative on the Case Activity List (CAAL) screen recording when initiating an email to the following:
  1. T0090-EMAIL RESPONSE SENT TO CP
  2. T0091-EMAIL RESPONSE SENT TO NCP
  3. T0093-EMAIL RESPONSE SENT TO OTHER
  1. Enter a narrative on the Case Activity List (CAAL) screen recording when an email is received from the following:
  1. T0088-EMAIL RCV’D FROM CP
  2. T0089-EMAIL RCV’D FROM NCP
  3. T0092-EMAIL RCV’D FROM OTHER
