- Standard
- Call the customer to verify the email address.
- Procedure
- Enter a narrative on the Case Activity List (CAAL) screen recording when a call is made to one of the following:
- T0050-PHONE CALL TO CP
- T0055-PHONE CALL TO NCP
- T0070-PHONE CALL/OTHER

- Standard
- Virtru security should apply to all email communications.
- Make sure your Virtru is activated before initiating your email.
- Procedure
- Enter a narrative on the Case Activity List (CAAL) screen recording when initiating an email to the following:
- T0090-EMAIL RESPONSE SENT TO CP
- T0091-EMAIL RESPONSE SENT TO NCP
- T0093-EMAIL RESPONSE SENT TO OTHER
- Enter a narrative on the Case Activity List (CAAL) screen recording when an email is received from the following:
- T0088-EMAIL RCV’D FROM CP
- T0089-EMAIL RCV’D FROM NCP
- T0092-EMAIL RCV’D FROM OTHER
