On AZCARES

  • Select the support recipient (SR) or the support payor (SP)
  • Left navigate to the “Related List”
  • Select “License Information”

Review the SR/SP License Information

  • Select the “License Type” “DRIVERS LICENSE (STD OPERATOR)
  • Under “Actions,” click on the “View” (eyeball) option
  • Ask the customer to verify the following:
  • License Type
  • License Number
  • Status
  • Issuing Date
  • Issuing State
  • Issuing County
  • Expiration Date
  • Verification Source
  • Verification Date

Document the action on the Activity History

  • Once verified, document your actions in Activity History using activity code:
  • T0051 (Phone call from CP) if call is from SR
  • T0056 (Phone call from NCP) if call is from SP
